Frozen Veggies, Freshened

  • 1 (12-oz) package frozen vegetables
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh chives
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp red wine or balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Microwave veggies according to package directions.  Drain any water that accumulates.

Mix in the fresh basil and thyme.  Blend olive oil and vinegar in Herb ’n Serve® and pour over veggies. Mix, and season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with chives and serve.
