Freezing Herbs

Soft herbs that do not dry well (basils, cilantro, parsley, marjoram, etc.) can be frozen. Frozen herbs can keep their fragrance for 3-4 months. Us in soups, stews and sauces.

Freezing chopped herbs – Wash and dry the herbs well, chop and freeze in small pots or ice cube trays with a little water or oil. AeroGarden’s Herb ‘n Ice trays are designed specifically for freezing herbs.
