Sage: Not just for the birds

Most of us primarily associate sage  with Thanksgiving turkey stuffing, but it’s another herb whose flavor rewards wider use. Lamb, pork, poultry, beans, soups, stews – you can accent all of them with a little sage. AeroGarden sage is not as quick to establish itself as many other herbs, so  be a little patient with it, and keep the grow lights low until it’s growing well.  And it will develop a little more intense flavor if it can be in a “breeze” from an oscillating fan for a few minutes a day.
