1 Dozen Golden Harvest Tomatoes, diced (Aerogarden)
1 Bell Pepper, diced (Aerogarden)
1/2 Medium Onion, diced
1cup chives, diced (Aerogarden)
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (Aerogarden)
1/4 cup Lemon Basil, chopped (Aerogarden)
3/8 cup sugar
1 T. salt
1 tsp. Pepper

Mix together tomatoes, pepper, onion, chives, cilantro, and basil. In a separate, non-metal, bowl mix together the seasoned juice. Taste test until the juice is not sweet, sour, or salty. If salty, add sugar, if sweet, add salt, if sour, add sugar. The exact amounts will vary because not all lemons are created equal. Add the juice to the other ingredients. It can be eaten fresh, or aged for a day in the fridge.
