1 ¼ cup sour cream
Juice of one lime plus its zest (grated with a microplane)
½ teaspoon salt
1 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce, or to taste
¼ cup freshly minced cilantro
Mix all ingredients together and assemble dipping tools, such as fresh veggies or good quality corn chips. Prepare to be addicted. You will soon find yourself considering what else (crab cakes? French fries? Sweet potato chips?) this dip can bring to life.
I live in Maine and grow cilantro in the summer, but the AeroGarden sure looks handy for winter herb crops.
