2 Mexican avocados, peeled and cut into small cubes
1 pink grapefruit, peeled and segmented with membrane removed and sections cut into small pieces
6 AeroGarden Cherry Tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup finely chopped AeroGarden cilantro
Combine all ingredients. Lightly mash ingredients together but leave it chunky. Serve immediately.
